To reply, manage your booking and, if subscribed, send you our selection of stays. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Emails are delivered through Resend and the site is hosted on Vercel, both acting as data processors. We use aggregated, anonymous audience metrics with no advertising cookies.
Only the essential ones: your market and language preferences. Hotel maps are served by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via the concierge, and unsubscribe from the private collection from any email we send.
AUREN is a brand of Solsticio Travel Group, operated by Drimer Creators SL. Prices and availability come from wholesale providers and the properties themselves and may change until confirmation. Photography and descriptions are informative in nature.
The seller is Drimer Creators SL (Spanish tax ID B09988577), acting as an intermediary agency: the stay is provided by the property and the booking is channelled through Hotelbeds. Prices are shown and charged in euros, taxes included except those indicated as payable at the property.
For flexible rates, payment is taken on the date shown at checkout and in your email, always before your free-cancellation deadline; for non-refundable rates, at the time of booking. The free-cancellation date shown when booking is contractual: cancel before it and nothing is charged, or anything charged is fully refunded.
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16 l), the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation with a specific date of performance; each rate's cancellation policy applies.
